CMS’s site tools
CMS’s site tools and applications are part of the CMS Hub cloud-based system, providing solutions for some of the common site requirements
that are usually paper based or spread over several different systems. Designed to meet specific client requests, CMS APPs are constantly improved and updated to provide increased functionality to meet the ever-changing site requirements.
Either integrated as part of CMS Procure or CMS Selfie, they are also provided as standalone tools. Centralized within the CMS Hub interface all tools share similar admin and integration.
QA Manager
Designed to provide a fixed and regulated quality assessment of the work completed for each stage of a project. Quality Assessments are pre-built for each work segment so that site managers can follow a quality analysis that has been designed for the specific task. Once completed and the task is accepted the overall site matrix is updated to provide a live update of progress. QAs can be setup with individual costs for each item reviewed so that price work can be accounted for once the QA is accepted.
V-Log Site Entry
A site delivery entrance log compatible with FORS and CLOCS requirements. Recording required questions, vehicle, and driver information as well as Pictures while keeping track of entrance and exit times. All Logs are available in CMS Hub and can be completed by any authorized operators. Being part of CMS Hub, logs are available live to all with access. Suitable for sites with multiple site entrances and exit routes where exit or entrance may be completed by different people.
Site Muster Roll Call
Site Muster Roll Call / Evac, Integrated with CMS Hub through the site attendance app On-Site Selfie. This application allows any authorized Manager to start and take a roll call for his designated staff. Only those clocked in on site will be included and lists are created automatically. Operatives that are clocked in but have provided off-site events will be highlighted as such. Contact details are provided instantly for any selected non present person. Manual site lists can be exported from CMS Hub.
