On-Site Selfie forms the core of CMS’s Site attendance system. Providing all the expected functions such as Clock-in and Clock-out times, Geolocation Checks, and Selfie Pictures as well as the ability to log events throughout the day.
Manage your Timesheets
Operator Attendance Allowing the operatives to use their own device for attendance logging removes any site entrance congestion issues. The Operator will be able to see his complete logs and selfies to Self QC any issues removing the requirement for paper time sheets and requirement to question payroll at end of pay periods. On-site Managers will also have a live Update of their available site personnel to review against contracted work so that inefficiencies can be controlled before they become an issue.
Site Attendance Board and Muster (EVAC)
Once an operator clocks in and is automatically allocated to a site he becomes part of the site’s attendance board. Should the site be required to Muster, designated Managers can Initiate a roll call process and identify all operatives at the Muster Point. For all operatives not at Muster contact details are provided.
