CMS’s Buying Group forms the central part of our Managed Purchasing department. Managed Purchasing allows our clients to utilise our Purchasing department and CMS Procure cloud-based system to provide all their procurement needs.

Operating as part of the CMS Procure Team the buying group is responsible for providing best options across our vendor base. This could be product quality, delivery schedules, stock levels and of course product pricing. By using the combined size of our Managed Purchasing Clients as well as clients using CMS Procure Buying Group option advantages are enjoyed by all.
Managed Storage
When making scheduled orders with the Buying Group the option is available to use CMS managed storage facilities. These provide term storage and delivery of scheduled items according to your site’s requirement. Delivery schedule and Content can be adjusted to meet your sites progress while CMS Managed Storage provides all the required work.
