Multi-Site Procurement Platform

CMS’s procurement platform forms the central part of our CMS Hub cloud-based system, providing an easy-to-use multi-site procurement system covering all areas from the initial purchase request through to invoice handling. Originally designed to meet the requirements of our in-house construction company CMS Procure has been released as a procurement platform available to the construction industry.

Designed in 2018 and constantly improved the system provides all the requirements to meet the needs of small to medium size contractors.



End to End Process

From the Initial Purchase Request, Quote, Approval through to Final Invoice Handling and Cost Tracking, all steps are historically logged and retrievable. Keeping your whole procurement process electronic, auditable, and traceable. The Smart Phone app allows your site staff to quickly receive log and recognise deficiencies when receiving orders as well as updating the system live.

By recognising partial orders suppliers can be made to react immediately. If an invoice is received that does not match the quote the system highlights these facts and allows corrective action to be taken at that time.

Managed Purchasing

Our procurement department is your procurement department. Using CMS Hub Procure your Sites and Managers can control and authorize all steps of the procurement process while CMS provides all the work and administration. All steps are available, historically visible, and timestamped. A Simplified single monthly CMS Invoice reduces your administrative and accounting loads and of course the single invoice is fully linked to all approved purchases. Of course, all purchases are made taking full advantage of our buying group pricing.
